Approach:
The overall strategy approach drew upon a celebration of the two opposing, fundamental elements of the product; the emotionally-led ‘human’ customer experience and the data-driven functionality of cutting edge AI, to create a ‘best of both worlds’ brand focus. This was pulled through into all of the brand elements from proposed taglines and campaign copy, to the proposed visual elements such as illustrated Avatar and customer touchpoint applications.
